We have access to a wide range of security cleared IT and telecoms specialists. From decommissioning to deployment our team deliver complete support from desktop and laptop set up to data centre migration and server relocation.
Working closely with your IT department or facilities team we will plan the migration as well as identifying and minimising any risks and putting contingency plans in place. We will carry out a detailed IT audit prior to disconnection then disconnect all PCs, ensuring we keep any and all peripherals and cables together. We will pack and label everything (using specialist & anti-static protection), before safely transporting your equipment in our bespoke air ride vehicles.
Once at your new location we will set up and test all systems and connectivity, reconnecting all hardware with the required peripherals. Any redundant IT will be environmentally disposed of as agreed, with any hardware that is to be re-used, resold or donated fully cleaned in line with data protection guidelines with a final report supplied.
All this will be completed to a prior agreed timescale to ensure that re-connection is in line with your departmental and business needs.
We provide only uniformed staff who complete, and work in accordance with, risk assessments. The BS 8522 is now becoming a key requirement when actively finding and servicing work and we are proud to actually be one of the first companies in the UK to achieve this standard!
